Physical Products

All physical products are made to order through third-party professional print labs. Due to the custom nature of these items, all sales are final once production has begun. We are not responsible for errors made during ordering, including incorrect selections or cropping.

Fulfillment & Shipping

Physical products are produced and shipped by third-party vendors. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or production labs.

Refunds & Returns

Due to the custom nature of photography products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with supporting evidence.
